NetTrek Simulations is a member of Enchanted RPGs, Inc. and complies with all policies and procedures thereof. Enchanted RPGs does not discriminate based on race, gender, location, language proficiency, or age, except where required by local law.
NetTrek Simulations is a free-membership simulation and role-playing group based in the Star Trek universe. Star Trek was created by Gene Roddenbury and is the copyrighted property of Paramount Pictures, Inc. As with all entities owned by Enchanted RPGs, Inc., NetTrek Simulations complies with all U.S. and International copyright laws and does not infringe on the rights of anyone under these regulations. Unless otherwise noted, all characters, pictures, histories, stories, etc. used by Enchanted RPGs shall remain the property of their respective creators. Alternately, all such items freely submitted to Enchanted RPGs shall become the express property of Enchanted RPGs unless otherwise stated prior to submission.
NetTrek Simulations does not charge a membership fee or require any other monetary contribution, except for voluntary service charges for premium services as stated on its website. Enchanted RPGs does not require, nor will it compel members to utilize or support these services and it will not require participation in fund raising, or other forms of monetary support. Participation in any of these activities will be strictly voluntary and noncompulsory.
Due to the nature of NetTrek Simulations' financial policies, Enchanted RPGs requires several general obligations of its members. All members of NetTrek Simulations are required to follow these regulations and membership may be suspended or terminated if these regulations are not complied with. Enchanted RPGs reserves the right to monitor and enforce its policies.
All members of the NetTrek Simulations shall be required to comply with all rules and regulations of their internet service provider. In addition, no member of NetTrek Simulations shall have permission to send unsolicited emails (Spam) of any type, use excessive profanity, engage in adult conversation, or solicit minors for any reason. In compliance with United States Law, no member or entity associated with NetTrek Simulations or Enchanted RPGs may solicit personal information from minors under thirteen years of age.
To ensure the quality of entertainment for all members, NetTrek Simulations requires all members to be active in at least one regular activity unless otherwise been given express permission from Enchanted RPGs. "Regular activities" include but are not limited to weekly attendance in one or more role-playing forum, out of character forum development, product design, etc.
If for any reason, you are unable to comply with one or more of the terms of membership as outlined in this document, please contact an authorized representative of Enchanted RPGs prior to admission. By submitting the membership application as listed on this website, you are implicitly stating that you will comply with the terms of membership for NetTrek Simulations and agree to uphold its policies.
Membership in NetTrek Simulations is not required for subscribers of Subspace Communicator. Subspace Communicator is a separate entity to NetTrek Simulations and is a monthly publication of Enchanted RPGs, Inc. Enchanted RPGs does not charge a fee for subscription to Subspace Communicator and does not require subscribers to submit any personal information upon subscription. Enchanted RPGs respects a person's sole right to privacy and will not donate, collect, or otherwise transfer information about is subscribers and/or members to any entity not related to Enchanted RPGs. Enchanted RPGs may transmit subscriber information to NetTrek Simulations unless otherwise stated.
